our approach

We think the best financial plan is the one you can stick to that helps you sleep well at night. We focus on working with those nearing and in retirement to develop financial plans they can stick to while sleeping well. 

Our Services

With new clients, we develop a financial plan that assesses current state, future goals, and any steps needed to connect the two or mitigate risks in the process.


Once the plan is developed, we have 2 check in visits per year with clients. These visits are structured efficiently to be more of a dashboard report out. They typically take 15-30 minutes, and can be completed in person at our office or virtually. We're also available year round for any client questions that arise.

Typical Clients

Our typical clients fit around this profile:

  • 55+, nearing retirement or already there
  • Empty nesters (or moving in that direction)
  • Married or single (we will not advise spouses individually)
  • Investible assets between $500k- $2M


If this doesn't quite fit your situation, we might not be the best fit to serve your needs. We're always happy to have an initial conversation and will help with a referral to another firm when needed. 

FEES

We charge clients two types of fees: 


  • A fee for initial plan development. This is a one-time fee and varies based on client complexity and scope of services. It's agreed to in writing and in advance of services. 
  • A fee for annual client services. This is a flat rate per year, and covers the annual management of the financial plan, tax projections and forecasts, all meetings, and client's tax returns. Our annual fees are a flat rate and are not based on investible assets (AUM). Annual fees are agreed to in writing and in advance of services.
